1. ĐĂNG KÝ DỰ THI
Em muốn thi Awaken The Lions nhưng em đang du học ở nước ngoài thì có thể tham gia cuộc thi này không?
Em có thể đăng ký tham gia cuộc thi. Tuy nhiên, nếu lọt vào vòng chung kết, em và đồng đội của em phải có mặt tại Việt Nam để tham gia buổi Creative Camp để tập luyện và buổi Grand Finale để trình bày trực tiếp trước ban giám khảo và trả lời các câu hỏi của ban giám khảo. Ban tổ chức sẽ không đáp ứng các yêu cầu thuyết trình online.
I wish to participate in Awaken The Lions but I am studying abroad. Can I participate in this competition?
You can register for the competition. However, if you reach the final round, you and your teammate must be present in Vietnam to participate in the Creative Camp for practice and the Grand Finale to present directly to the juries and answer questions from them. The organizers will not accommodate online presentation requests.
Người nước ngoài có thể tham gia cuộc thi Awaken The Lions không?
Cuộc thi quy định thí sinh bắt buộc phải có quốc tịch Việt Nam. Trường hợp thí sinh có 2 quốc tịch thì 1 trong 2 quốc tịch đó phải là quốc tịch Việt Nam.
Can foreigners participate in Awaken The Lions?
Contestants are required to have Vietnamese nationality according to the regulations of the competition. In case a candidate has 2 nationalities, one of them must be Vietnamese.
Em đi thi một mình có được không?

Can I join the competition solitarily?
Awaken The Lions is a team competition, 2 members are required. If you can’t find a teammate, join the community of Vietnam Young Lions – Road To Cannes Lions & Spikes Asia here and use #sutusanpartner to find your partner.
Đến thời điểm đăng ký mình vẫn là sinh viên và sẽ tốt nghiệp vào 30/12/2026 vậy mình có thể tham gia thi được không?
Rất tiếc bạn không hợp lệ vì cuộc thi yêu cầu các thí sinh là sinh viên và tốt nghiệp từ sau 01/01/2027. Tuy nhiên bạn vẫn có thể tham gia các sự kiện khác của Awaken the Lions như Discovery Day và Grand Finale
I'm still a student at the time of registration but will graduate on 30/12/2026. Am I eligible to enter the competition?
Unfortunately, no. To be eligible, participants must remain full-time students and graduate on or after 01/01/2027, in accordance with the competition’s eligibility requirements. However, you’re still welcome to be part of the Awaken The Lions community by joining our public events, including Discovery Day and the Grand Finale.
Mình chưa có passport thì có tham gia cuộc thi này được không?
Cuộc thi Awaken The Lions chưa yêu cầu thí sinh phải có passport ở giai đoạn đăng ký thi. Nếu chiến thắng giải Nhất bạn hãy nhanh chóng đăng ký mở passport nhé.
I do not have a passport, can I participate in this competition?
The Awaken The Lions does not require candidates to have a passport at the registration step. If you win the Champion award, please quickly apply for a passport.
Em là sinh viên chưa tốt nghiệp nhưng đang là thực tập sinh tại agency thì có thể tham gia cuộc thi không?
Được. Nếu bạn chưa tốt nghiệp trước ngày 01/11/2027 thì bạn vẫn có thể tham gia cuộc thi.
I'm still a student but currently doing an internship at an agency. Am I eligible to participate?
Yes. As long as you are a full-time student and will not graduate before 01/11/2027, you are eligible to participate in the competition.
Em là sinh viên đang học năm thứ 2 và dự định thi cùng với một bạn sẽ tốt nghiệp vào tháng 9/2026, vậy đội của em có hợp lệ để dự thi không?
Rất tiếc không được. Cả 2 thành viên đều bắt buộc là sinh viên chưa tốt nghiệp trước ngày 01/01/2027.
I'm a second-year student and would like to team up with a friend who will graduate in September 2026. Is our team eligible?
Unfortunately, no. Both team members must be full-time students and must not graduate before 01/01/2027. If either team member does not meet this requirement, the team will not be eligible to participate.
Em đang theo học tại trường đại học tại Huế (miền Trung) thì em nên chọn thi ở khu vực miền Bắc hay miền Nam?
Nếu bạn và đồng đội không theo học tại các trường thuộc khu vực miền Bắc hoặc miền Nam (ví dụ: đang học tại miền Trung hoặc ở nước ngoài), bạn được quyền lựa chọn một trong hai khu vực thi theo nguyện vọng. Ban Tổ chức khuyến khích bạn chọn khu vực thuận tiện hơn để tham gia các hoạt động trực tiếp của cuộc thi.
Lưu ý: Nếu đội của bạn lọt vào Vòng Chung kết, cả hai thành viên bắt buộc phải có mặt tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh để tham gia thi trực tiếp tại địa điểm do Ban Tổ chức chỉ định.
I'm studying at a university in Hue (Central Vietnam). Should I choose the North or South competition region?
If you and your teammate are not studying at a school in either the North or the South (e.g. you are studying in Central Vietnam or overseas), you may choose either competition region based on your preference. We recommend choosing the region that is more convenient for you to participate in the competition’s offline activities.
Please note: If your team advances to the Grand Finale, both team members must be present in Ho Chi Minh City to compete in person at the venue designated by AIM Academy.
Em là Quán quân các mùa giải trước của Awaken The Lions (2023/ 2024/ 2025), em có thể đăng ký thi lại vào 2026 không?
Được. Kể từ năm 2026, Awaken The Lions được tổ chức dưới một mô hình hoàn toàn mới và hoạt động độc lập so với các mùa giải trước. Vì vậy, thành tích của bạn tại các mùa 2023/ 2024 hoặc 2025 sẽ không ảnh hưởng đến điều kiện đăng ký hoặc cơ hội tham gia cuộc thi năm 2026.
I was the Champion of Awaken The Lions 2023/ 2024, or 2025. Am I eligible to compete again in 2026?
Yes. Starting from 2026, Awaken The Lions will be organized under a completely new format and will operate independently from previous seasons. Therefore, your achievements in the 2023/ 2024, or 2025 competitions will not affect your eligibility or opportunity to participate in the 2026 competition.
2. HẠNG MỤC THI VÀ BÀI THI (CATEGORY AND SUBMISSION)
Phần yêu cầu thực hiện video thì mình chỉ biết quay mà không biết dựng, không biết làm hậu kỳ thì có thể nhờ hỗ trợ được không?
Rất tiếc, quy định của cuộc thi yêu cầu thí sinh phải tự phát triển ý tưởng, sau đó tự quay, tự dựng, tự hoàn thiện phim ngắn của mình mà không có bất kỳ sự hỗ trợ của cá nhân hoặc đơn vị nào khác. Điều này đảm bảo tính công bằng của tất cả các thí sinh và các đội tham gia cuộc thi.
I have an idea for the video, but I don't know how to edit or do post-production. Can I ask someone else to help?
Unfortunately, no. All teams are required to develop the concept, film, edit, and complete their video submission independently. Assistance from any individual or organization outside the registered team is not permitted. This rule ensures a fair and equal competition for all participants.
Mình không có máy móc chuyên nghiệp để quay và dựng phim, ban tổ chức có hỗ trợ gì cho thí sinh tham gia hạng mục này không?
Chỉ cần một chiếc điện thoại thông minh và một máy tính, bạn đã có thể sáng tạo và hoàn thiện phim ngắn của mình. Do đó, ban tổ chức sẽ không cung cấp máy móc thiết bị trong quá trình các bạn tham gia cuộc thi.
I do not have professional equipment to shoot and edit film. Does the organizer provide any support for candidates participating in this category?
With just a smartphone and a computer, you can create and finish your short film. Therefore, the organizer will not provide any equipment during the competition.
